Without any exception, Registration for Young Sindhi Adults Retreat IX in Los Angeles, (Hereinafter ‘Retreat’), June 10 to 13, 2010 is subject to your agreement and adherence to the following terms & conditions, release & indemnification and code of conduct.
REGISTRATION IS FINAL AND FEES ARE NEITHER REFUNDABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE.
THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO THOSE 21 AND ABOVE - NO ONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE WILL BE ADMITTED.
* Please do not register until you are sure you can attend. If you register, and cannot attend or decide not to attend, registration fees paid will be forfeited. Without exception, registration is final and fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable.
* Please do not register if you are under 21 years of age. Without exception – If you are under 21 and register for our event, you will not be allowed to participate and your registration fees will be forfeited.
* EVERYONE will be required to sign a copy of the Terms & Conditions / Release & Indemnification / Code of Conduct document at check-in, signifying acceptance and agreement to these terms & conditions, release & indemnification and code of conduct. If you do not accept or agree, do not register. If you register online and do not sign the copy at check-in, you will not be permitted to attend & participate and your registration fees will be forfeited.
* If you are registering for more than one person, or for someone other than yourself, make sure they are aware that they are subject to the same terms and conditions. If you register for them online and they do not sign the hardcopy at check-in, they will not be permitted to attend & participate and the registration fees paid will be forfeited.
* We reserve the right to admission and participation. Registration alone is not a guarantee of admission nor participation. While neither admission nor participation are otherwise unreasonably withheld, violation of any of the terms and conditions of registration and / or participation are grounds for automatic forfeiture of registration fees paid, termination of participation, and removal from our event. No Exceptions.
* I confirm my awareness that YSA Retreat IX is exclusively for those 21 and above, and certify that I am 21 years of age or older, and that the identification materials I am using are authentic, valid, and issued by a government agency.
