* In consideration of the services, facilities and hospitality provided by Young Sindhi Adults, Inc. (“YSA”), its shareholders, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, and for other consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby RELEASE, REMISE, ACQUIT and DISCHARGE YSA, its shareholders, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, predecessors, successors, attorneys, supporters, endorsers, and each of them, from any and all claims of any kind, known or unknown, which arise, or could have arisen prior to this date, in connection with the Young Sindhi Adults Retreat IX in Los Angeles (Hereinafter ‘Retreat’) June 10-13, 2010, and ancillary activities prior to or after the ‘Retreat’ including without limitation claims arising in connection with any activities, food, beverages, transportation or services arranged or sponsored by YSA or its shareholders, employees or volunteers.
* In further consideration for the services, facilities and hospitality provided by YSA, its shareholders, officers, employees and volunteers, and for other consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS YSA, its shareholders, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, predecessors, successors, attorneys, supporters, endorsers, and each of them, from any and all third-party claims of any kind, known or unknown, which may arise, or could have arisen prior to this date, in connection with the Young Sindhi Adults Retreat IX in Los Angeles, (Hereinafter ‘Retreat’) June 10-13, 2010, and ancillary activities prior to or after the ‘Retreat’, including without limitation claims arising in connection with any activities, food, beverages, transportation or services arranged or sponsored by YSA or its shareholders, employees or volunteers.
* In further consideration for the services, facilities and hospitality provided by YSA, its shareholders, officers, employees and volunteers, and for other consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grants to YSA full and complete authorization to distribute follow up, press and promotional materials and information that may contain my name, image, picture, and / or likeness.
CODE OF CONDUCT & ADHERENCE TO YSA POLICIES:
* I agree to conduct myself in a manner befitting and appropriate to the activities taking place during Young Sindhi Adults Retreat IX in Los Angeles, (Hereinafter ‘Retreat’) June 10-13, 2010, sponsored and/or organized by Young Sindhi Adults, Inc., its shareholders, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, predecessors, successors, attorneys, supporters, endorsers, and each of them (collectively "YSA").
* I acknowledge and agree that YSA reserves the right to enforce a "zero tolerance policy'' against any harmful or inappropriate conduct ("Policy"), as determined by YSA in its sole discretion, during the Retreat, and that YSA reserves the right to take any action and all action necessary to maintain the integrity of the Retreat and the safety of its participants, including without limitation the filing of any civil or criminal complaints. I further acknowledge and agree that YSA reserves the right to enforce a "no solicitation / vending policy'' against any and all unauthorized activity ("Policy"), as determined by YSA in its sole discretion, during the Retreat, and that YSA reserves the right to take any action and all action necessary to maintain the integrity of the Retreat and the safety of its participants, including without limitation the filing of any civil or criminal complaints. All information and materials presented are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and are proprietary to YSA and the presenters; as such no audio, video or any other form of media recording is permitted.
* I agree and acknowledge that any violation by me, directly or indirectly, of this Policy, as determined by YSA in its sole discretion, during this Retreat will result in my immediate dismissal from the remainder of this event and the complete forfeiture of all fees paid by me, or on my behalf, for this event.
* I also agree and acknowledge that any violation by me, directly or indirectly, of the policies of any of the hotels, restaurants, venues, clubs engaged by the YSA including but not limited to the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach Hotel, may result in my removal from the premises of the Retreat, which will result in my immediate dismissal from the remainder of the Retreat, and the complete forfeiture of all fees paid by me, or on my behalf, for the Retreat.
* I understand, agree and acknowledge that I will have received a wristband and ID Badge as proof of registration for the Retreat and I will not be allowed access to any Retreat or related activity or seminar without said wristband and ID Badge.
* I further agree and acknowledge that if I lose said wristband, I agree to pay the full on-site registration cost for a replacement wristband in order to continue participating in the Retreat.
