Registration Information

Registration is now open - our Retreat is open to those 21 and above only - no exceptions. Capacity is limited so register early and encourage your friends and relatives to do so as well.

Retreat Registration includes admission to our sessions and meals as outlined in the tentative schedule on our website, which will be updated frequently. We encourage you to refer to it periodically for more specific information on our program. Registration does not include housing, transportation to the Host City, nor to the Host Venue.

Retreat check-in will take place Friday, May 23rd from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We encourage you to check in during the afternoon to help alleviate wait times and possible lines. If you are arriving on Friday, please make sure you arrive at the hotel before Registration closes at 9:00 pm. If you arrive after 9:00 pm, you will not be able to register and join the activities until Saturday morning. In addition to your Paypal receipt, you will need a state or government issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) to check in and receive your registration materials.

As stated on our website and during the registration process, remember that you will need to sign a Release & Indemnification and Code of Conduct form to participate - there are no exceptions to this rule.

There will be no on-site Registration. We expect this event to sell out, so please do not wait to register!
